Bushenyi District | THE BLACK EXAMINER | Police in Bushenyi District are investigating circumstances under which a police officer died in a fatal accident.

Marcial Tumusiime, the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson identified the deceased as No. 63982 PC Vincent Opolot attached to traffic police in Bushenyi District.

The single serious accident which later turned fatal involved a motor cycle registration number Up 6665 Yamaha that occurred yesterday at around 8:30pm near St Kagwa opposite Bam petro station along Bushenyi Kasese highway.

Tumusiime said the motorcycle was coming from Bushenyi side going to Ishaka hit spot hole lost control and fell down sustained serious injuries. He was rushed to Kampala International Teaching hospital Ishaka and died at around 11:28 Pm.
