The Ministry of Information Communication Technology and National Guidance is organizing a two-day National ICT job fair in partnership with Huawei Technologies Uganda. The event, themed ‘Navigating the Digital Horizon,’ will take place on October 17th-18th, 2023, at Kololo Independence Grounds.

This job fair aims to address youth unemployment in Uganda by providing young individuals with opportunities to connect with employers and explore jobs, internships, apprenticeships, and training programs in the dynamic Information Communication Technology sector.

The ministry has invited all interested parties to participate, stating that various companies will offer numerous opportunities, apprenticeships, jobs, and training during the event.

The primary goal is to empower youth and foster a brighter future in technology and innovation. President Yoweri Museveni is expected to be the guest of honor at this event.
