The prosecution alleges that on November 30, 2023, Muhumuza entered State House Nakasero with the intention of annoying and intimidating Special Forces Command (SFC) soldiers on guard, under the pretext of collecting scrap materials.

The prosecution maintains that on December 10, 2023, at Arua Park in Kampala, Alionzi and accomplices, still at large, robbed Deng Atem of 160,000 shillings at knifepoint during the incident.
Ordered to return to court on January 25, 2024, Alionzi awaits further legal proceedings.
