Rubirizi District | THE BLACK EXAMINER | Police in Rubirizi District have arrested a 16-year-old juvenile on allegations of defiling a five-year-old baby.
Marcial Tumusiime, the greater Bushenyi police spokesperson said that the suspect is a male juvenile aged 16 a pupil at Kyambura primary school in Kichwamba Sub County in Rubirizi District.
Tumusiime said the incident happened in Kyambura A village, Kyambura parish, Kicwamba sub county, Rubirizi District yesterday at around 2:00Pm.
It’s alleged the victim was left at home with her aunt and other children by her mother and went to the trading center to withdraw money from mobile money.
Zuuliah Ainembabazi, 25, the victim’s mother said that after a few minutes she went back home, the victim told her that the suspect had slept with her. This forced the mother to report the matter to the chairperson LC1 who advised her to report the matter to police.
