Kisoro District | The Black Examiner – Fred Mucunguzi, a 26-year-old resident of Kabami Cell in the Central Ward of Kisoro Municipality, has been found lifeless in Lake Chahafi, situated in Chahafi Town Council within the Kisoro District. Fred, a well-known member of the community, was seen by locals at approximately 10:00 AM.

Charles Machari, the LC1 of Kabami Cell, quickly brought this distressing news to the attention of the local authorities, including the police. It is noteworthy that Fred had been active in community activities just the day before, making this loss particularly unsettling.

Gerald Muhumuza, Fred’s grieving sibling, shared his last interaction with his brother. He recounted their time together during an evening gathering hosted by Justus Nzabarinda of Mupaka Village within Chahafi Town Council. However, the following morning revealed a painful void, as Fred was inexplicably absent from his residence.
