ACP Omara Joins Capt Mukula’s Arrow Security Systems for Enhanced Operations

Arrow Security Systems Limited, owned by Capt Mike Mukula, has appointed Retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sam Omara, as the new Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for operations aimed at safeguarding the peace and property of Ugandans.

Mukula, serving as the Board Chairperson of Arrow Security Systems Limited, introduced Afande Omara during a ceremony at the company’s Luzira offices on Monday. He emphasized that while security is a collective responsibility, having an experienced retired police officer like Omara onboard is a valuable asset, as they impart crucial knowledge to junior security officers for effective security maintenance.

Mukula also highlighted that the employment of seasoned security personnel is a key factor behind Uganda’s robust security system, which has successfully endured for over four decades. This commitment aligns with Arrow Security Systems Limited’s objective of contributing to both national security and job creation in Uganda.

In response, Afande Omara praised the management of Arrow Security Systems Limited for their dedication to supporting law enforcement efforts in the country. He affirmed his determination to leverage his security experience to bolster the company’s operational framework and contribute to the overall security landscape of Uganda.
