HRMAU, BrighterMonday Uganda Forge Innovation-Driven Partnership for Job Market Advancement

The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) has officially entered into a partnership by signing a Memorandum of Association (MoU) with BrighterMonday Uganda. This notable agreement took place on August 11th and aims to capitalize on the extensive job market data and opportunities provided by BrighterMonday Uganda, the leading job matching and career platform in Uganda.

Under this collaborative arrangement, HRMAU, an organization comprising more than 1,200 professional members, will be able to harness the job and skill matching technology offered by BrighterMonday Uganda. This technology will empower HRMAU’s members to expedite and simplify their search for job opportunities, ensuring greater transparency in the process.

The alliance also promises to furnish the public and private sectors with invaluable industry insights pertaining to HR and People trends. Through a diverse range of online and offline engagements, this partnership will serve to enhance the services extended to HRMAU members.

Ronald K. Bbosa, the president of HRMAU, expressed the significance of the collaboration, emphasizing the advantages that the technology from BrighterMonday Uganda will bring to members. Bbosa noted that incorporating technology-driven processes, particularly in recruitment, enhances efficiency and ensures members stay abreast of technological advancements.

Bbosa added, “Our partnership with BrighterMonday Uganda will empower us to continue disseminating knowledge about the human resource profession, as well as standards and regulations. This initiative will greatly benefit employers, jobseekers, and students through a multitude of engagements and projects in the upcoming months.”

Xenia Wachira, the Country Manager of BrighterMonday Uganda, also shared her thoughts on the partnership. She stated, “By combining our data with HRMAU’s expertise, we are poised to transform how we cater to our clients, particularly those who utilize our executive recruitment services across various domains.”

Wachira further affirmed, “This partnership underscores our commitment to collaborating with experts who enhance the value we provide to our clients.”
