Janet Museveni praises religious leaders for supporting her family during President Museveni’s Covid-19 battle.

“Thank you for standing in the gap, especially for your President, because the enemy, who has never known that he was defeated at the cross when Jesus said “it is finished” is still trying to harm the servant of God”, she said on Twitter

Museveni said he had since isolated himself at Nakasero State Lodge in Kampala.

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, the Ministry of Health estimates that about 170,602 tested positive while 3632 succumbed to the disease.
