Mr. Ham Natuhwera, the district councilor representing Nyakatonzi Sub-County, attributed the delay in disbursing the PDM funds to the recent transfer of the community development officer. He urged the local community to remain calm, as the technical team is currently consulting with the district commercial officer to resolve the issue. It is hoped that the sub-county PDM code will be made available by next week.
