KAMPALA, (Examiner) – Uganda Airlines has reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of coveted landing and departure slots at London Heathrow Airport. This achievement marks a pivotal moment for the airline, following the procurement of two Airbus A330-800 Neo aircraft in 2020 and 2021, specifically tailored for this prestigious route. While final certification processes with the UKCAA and EASA are underway, anticipation mounts for the inaugural flight.
