During the meeting, Gen. Kainerugaba warmly welcomed Ambassador Massoni to Uganda, marking their first encounter since his recent appointment. Ambassador Massoni succeeded Ambassador Massimiliano Mazzanti, whose tenure in Uganda ended last year.
