Sasha Ferguson shared details of her wedding with Canary Mugume during an interview with Anna Talia Oze on Sanyuka TV. The extravagant ceremony took place on September 18, 2021, at the Rubaga Miracle Center Cathedral.

What surprised the public was the meticulous organization of the reception venue and the stunning decorations that graced the event, making it a colorful and magnificent affair.

Despite rumors circulating that the couple had spent close to a billion on wedding preparations, Sasha clarified that their actual expenditure was a modest Ugx 400M. She also revealed that Canary had promised to give her the wedding of her dreams back in 2016, and they finally realized it in 2021.

Sasha emphasized that the wedding wasn’t funded by the state, contrary to some reports, but rather, it was fully sponsored by their families.
