Mbale City | THE BLACK EXAMINER | Police in Mbale apprehended 13 students from three prominent secondary schools for organizing a protest and disrupting traffic. These students, hailing from Nkoma Secondary School, Mbale Secondary School, and Progressive High School, took to the streets after being expelled from their respective schools on Tuesday morning due to unpaid fees.
