Tororo District | THE BLACK EXAMINER | On the early morning of Wednesday, October 4, 2023, along the Malaba town road in Amagoro B cell, Malaba town council, Tororo district, two boda boda riders were involved in a fatal road accident.

Johnson Moses Mugwe, the spokesperson for the Bukedi South region police, identified one of the boda boda riders as Martin Ojambo. However, the identity of the second rider has yet to be confirmed.

According to Mugwe, the accident occurred when Ojambo, riding a red Bajaj Boxer with registration number KMEG 184F, collided with his fellow rider, who was on a red Bajaj Boxer with registration number KMEQ 172U.

Both riders sustained critical injuries and were immediately rushed to Tororo Referral Hospital. Unfortunately, they succumbed to their injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.

As of the latest information available, the bodies of the two riders have been transported to the mortuary at Tororo Referral Hospital for a postmortem examination.
