Entebbe, Uganda | THE BLACK EXAMINER | Uganda Airlines has announced the launch of a scheduled commercial service from Entebbe, Uganda to Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA) in Lagos, Nigeria, starting on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
Entebbe, situated on the Lake Victoria peninsula in Central Uganda, is approximately 36 kilometers (22 miles) southwest of Kampala, the Ugandan capital. It is also the location of Entebbe International Airport, which serves as the primary hub for Uganda Airlines.
This new direct air service between Entebbe and Lagos marks the first time travelers from both countries will have the opportunity to fly nonstop between Nigeria and Uganda.
