- Rwandan singer The Ben will perform live in Kampala on Valentine’s Day at UMA showgrounds Kololo. The two-hour event, part of the Comedy Store Valentine’s Day celebration, will feature hits like “Amaso Ku Maso” and collaborations with artists such as Sheebah Karungi and Diamond Platnumz.
Rwandan singer, The Ben, is set to take the stage live at UMA showgrounds Kololo in Kampala on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2024. Benjamin Mugisha, also known as The Ben, a renowned singer-songwriter, will headline the Comedy Store Valentine’s Day event, a widely celebrated occasion in Uganda.
During the event, The Ben will captivate the audience with a two-hour performance, promising an unforgettable experience for his fans and enthusiasts of exhilarating live shows, as shared by Alex Muhangi.
The Rwandan artist has gained global recognition for his chart-topping hits such as “Amaso Ku Maso,” “I’m in Love,” “Habibi,” “Fine Girl,” “Naremeye,” “Ndaje,” “Ngufite Kumutima,” “Binkolera” featuring Sheebah Karungi, “No You No Life” featuring B2C, and “This is Love” featuring Rema Namakula from Uganda. Additionally, he has collaborated with other international artists like Diamond Platnumz from Tanzania on “WHY” and with Meddy from Rwanda on “Lose Control,” and ZIZOU AL PACINO on “Ngufite Kumutima.”
The event will also showcase performances by comedians and artists including Sheebah Karungi, Maddox, MC Mariachi, Madrat & Chiko, Maulana & Reign, Teacher Mpamire, Sammie & Shawa, Merry Heart Comedians, Uncle Mark, Shequin & Eva, and G-Force Band.
Tickets for the show are priced at 20k, VIP at 50k, and tables at 500k. The event will be hosted by Bree, Kalera Omusoga, and DJ Lolah.
