In a statement issued on Tuesday and bearing the signature of Benjamin Mbonimpa, the Executive Secretary of the M23 rebel Movement, it was announced that traffic would be restricted on the following roads: Kalengela-Kibumba, Kalengela-Tongo, Kiwanja-Kinyandoyi, and Burayi-Bunagana from 5:30 pm to 6:30 am.
