Speaking on his recent mission in Bunyoro, Dickness revealed, “The mission aimed to spread the message of Christ’s love through various activities, reaching a total of 385 individuals across Bunyoro’s churches.” This mission, themed around “love that abides,” drew inspiration from Colossians 3:14, resonating deeply within the hearts of those touched by his endeavors.
Reflecting on his experience within the Kaaym Elder Forum, he admitted to facing initial skepticism and criticism. However, amidst the discussions, recognition emerged as the forum decided to support his leadership journey by sponsoring him for the Daniel Mission Leadership Training Centre.
“Engineer Rauben and his family generously sponsored me for the leadership training, recognizing my passion for ministry and positive impact within the community,” Dickness revealed. Their unwavering support underscores the importance of investing in emerging leaders committed to driving positive change.
Looking ahead, Dickness expressed eagerness to deepen his faith, acquire new skills for online evangelism, and enhance his leadership abilities. “I envision applying these skills to promote Gospel truth within the Church of Uganda and foster spiritual growth,” he affirmed, highlighting his commitment to community empowerment and enlightenment.
