MAYUGE, (Examiner) – Police in Mayuge District, Eastern Uganda, are actively investigating a devastating shooting incident that resulted in the deaths of a man and his three children. The attack occurred when unidentified gunmen raided Namatale village within the Buwaya sub-county

According to Ms. Diana Nandawula, spokesperson for Busoga East Police, the assailants, who remain at large, opened fire under circumstances that are still unclear. Isaac Mudasi and his three children tragically lost their lives in the assault, while his wife and four other family members sustained gunshot wounds and are currently hospitalized in critical condition.

Detectives are exploring various leads, including a potential land dispute involving the family, as they work to uncover the motive behind this senseless act of violence.
