Chance Kahindo, the mayor of Kasese Municipality, has urged his constituents to keep calm as the State House Emyooga coordinating team tracks down program defaulters in the Kasese district.
Speaking to the media shortly after the arrest of some group leaders and individuals, some of whom are leaders and members of the opposition NRM party, Mr. Chance said the State House’s examination into the Emyooga money defaulters was routine now that the suspects had not used the funds as instructed.
According to sources, the recovery team that is slowly but steadily tightening the rope, operates in Bukonzo West today.
