Jinja City Authorities Restrict Nighttime Pedestrian Access to Old Railway Bridge Following Gun Possession Incident

In response to a recent apprehension of three individuals found in possession of a firearm concealed within a bag, local law enforcement in Jinja City has taken measures to enhance public safety. As a result, authorities have temporarily prohibited pedestrian access to the Old Railway Bridge during nighttime hours.

“We will incorporate these sniffer dogs into our existing surveillance system, which includes CCTV cameras and patrol cars,” he emphasized.
